Starting from the basics of strip mall design, we conceived a project grouping stores which sell healthy regional foods, as a premise. By approaching our proposal from an environmentally friendly point of view, we use sustainable techniques, such as the generation of electricity through solar panels, green walls that help keep the high temperatures in the area low, and rammed earth walls.

The architectural proposal through the generation of a central walking space, which can be accessed from various points, and where all the stores serve from, protected by a light structure, designed to allow air circulation and reduce solar radiation in all areas.
