£ 4.5 m. refit to upgrade an existing three-star central London hotel to a 101 rooms boutique hotel.

Squadra was commissioned to design and supervise the upgrade of typical guest-rooms / bathrooms as well as the ground floor entrance/reception area and front desk, lift lobby, the refit of an existing Italian restaurant, a new delicatessen, a new bar, and a cigar terrace, along with rehabilitation of the front elevation, main entrances, and all existing terraces.

The theme of the new interior design was set by the client to respect the classic nature of the existing building and its surroundings, with a hint of modernity to add that extra special edge and to make the hotel an up-to-date rendezvous for locals as well as visitors.
